You can help support us by shopping online at some of your favorite stores. Following the links below will take you M.A.P.I.'s Donation Street online mall. Here's how it works:
1. You can shop online at over 300 of your favorite stores - Best Buy, Old Navy, Sears, Office Depot, Barnes & Noble, and Wal-Mart just to name a few.
2. Donation Street passes great savings on to you with coupons, rebates, promotions and unique special offers.
3. NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED! Shoppers don't have to join Donation Street to use the Shopping Mall, though each individual store asks you to create a free account. I was pleased to discover that many of the sites I personally frequent, (like EBAY Barns N Noble) are listed there, so all I have to do is login to my account and add things to my cart. It's that simple!!!
How To Use Our Donation Street Mall
On the left side of your screen there will be a menu box labeled, "Search Organization" All you have to do is click on the letter M and then click on Milwaukee Area Paranormal Investigations. From there simply choose the store you wish to shop at from the drop-down box, also located on the left.
Fundraising is never easy, but this is about as pain free as possible. Your can help us by simply buying whatever you were already planning on purchasing!!!
And just a side note... It may be appear slightly confusing, but you are NOT limited to the items only listed on the coupons. In the top middle of the page will be a link taking you to that particular store's website where you can shop from their entire selection of merchandise and goods offered.
Common Questions & Answers (taken from the Donation Street website)
Do Shoppers pay more for their purchases?
No. They pay the same price whether they shop through your mall or go directly to the store site. In fact, they will save money through coupons, rebates and special offers available at the mall.
Will the Organization be involved in the purchase?
No. All transactions are between the Shopper and the Store. The Shopping Mall is there to connect the two, but the transaction is between the Shopper and the Store.
How much commission is paid to the group I am supporting?
The commission amount varies from store to store. Mostly it’s a percentage of the purchase, sometimes it’s a flat fee. Once you are shopping for an Organization, if you go to the mall and look in the upper right hand corner of the website, under the heading “Your Purchase Counts,” you will see the amount changes from store to store.
