The "Ghosts" section of The W-Files is probably the most frequented by their visitors and furthest along in their plans to document and categorize paranormal happenings in and around Wisconsin and for good reason. Their site is still under construction, but if you live in the Milwaukee area and are looking for talented artists to do your next tattoo, check this place out. I know the proprietor, and asides from being an all around sweet guy, he is one hell of a tattoo artist as are the rest of his staff. Located between Howard Ave and south 1st Street in Milwaukee, they specialize in custom work, black and grey designs, smaller designs, and bright vibrant colors. Their prices are very affordable, and they accept all major credit cards. Give them a call or stop by to see if Spencer and his team can help you with your next design.
Hours of operation: Monday-Saturday Noon - 8PM & Sundays 2PM - 6PM
